PRESSURE WASHING
Unlike most money you spend on home improvements and upkeep, pressure washing is one service that costs very little but really makes a world of difference in " curb appeal ." You spend a small fortune every year to maintain a lawn (have it mowed regularly, bushes trimmed, etc.) but if the sidewalk, patio and drive-way surrounding your home are filthy with GREEN MILDEW and embedded DIRT, all the neat cutting and trimming in the world won't make your home as beautiful as it could be!
 |
Also, remember to THINK SAFETY by eliminating those inevitable slips and falls!
|
Pressure wash your concrete surfaces annually (or as recommended by your technician).

7 STEPS TO SPARKLE CLEAN
- Pre-inspection (to check for permanent stains and to set expectation)
- Blow and wash off any dirt and debris
- Pre-treat surface of concrete (loosens dirt and mildew embedded
inside concrete pores)
- Wash concrete with surface cleaner (not trigger wand)
- Cut-in of plant and siding edges (for hard to reach areas)
- Final rinse down (wash off loosened dirt, mold and mildew, and removes any remaining dirt that is firmly embedded)
- Post-inspection (to make sure you are fully satisfied.)
Only the Best,
Because You Deserve It!!
